QLD Retail Shop Leases Act Review

The 2012 review of the Queensland Retail Shop Leases Act is still ongoing. Early (sic) indications are that there will be no material change to even the negotiation and information imbalance between industry stakeholders. The Queensland Government seems more interested in building and construction which makes up less than 5.0% of a properties life vs the investment in Business Capital that creates real wealth and economic activity. We will keep you posted.
