The 2013/14 review of the New South Wales legislation is under way. NSW appears to be seeking far more transparency in regard to leases and lease negotiation than you find in QLD where there is an information asymmetry between parties. The disparity in lease outcomes between New South Wales and Queensland has been evident for years. In Western Australia, there seems to be very little Intellectual Property in this arena.
